When commissioning, visual references are a plus, but not a necessity. At best, please provide a clear description of what you want.

Kindly refrain from asking me to copy someone else’s art style. As much as I try my best to fulfill my clients’ requests, some things are beyond what I can currently do. I am especially not as proficient when it comes to realistic rendering.

I have every right to refuse an order due to various reasons (i.e. it is outside of my skill set, I do not deem the piece to be appropriate, etc.)

Inappropriate behaviour shall not be tolerated, and I have every right to cancel a commission should I not feel comfortable with the ongoing transaction.

I am not interested in having my art be shared within the Crypto-market, or have anything to do with NFTs.

Prices are subject to change and may be adjusted in accordance to the complexity of a particular illustration. Base prices may also suddenly change due to financial/economic circumstances.

The default final product will usually be in 4k resolution, 16:9 ratio (similar to a desktop wallpaper) unless negotiated otherwise.

Kindly give me ample time to work on the commission. It may take me days, to even weeks to complete an artwork. I shall be sharing Progress Shots (WIPs) with the commissioner once I’ve reached a noteworthy milestone with the artwork (i.e. finished linework, base colours, partial rendering, etc.).

Various factors may interfere with the completion of the artwork which includes but is not limited to: Health-related concerns, complexity of the artwork requiring me to invest more time, or real-life affairs. Should anything happen that would take a lot of time to resolve on my end, I will be sure to inform the commissioner.

I shall be fairly lenient with regards to adjustments/tweaks to the illustration (i.e. colour adjustments, line corrections), but larger changes may incur a fee, especially once the commission is already at the rendering phase. Fee-incurring changes can include, but is not limited to:

>Redrawing any part of the illustration

>Major additions/removal to anything to the background

>Any last-minute changes that require me to dissect/redraw a part illustration

Feel free to let me know if there’s anything you are unsatisfied with in the illustration, in the end I want to make the customer happy :)

As the artist, I have free reign over how I wish to share the artwork through any of my online platforms unless negotiated otherwise. By allowing me to share the artwork (I usually share at a lower resolution), you are aware of the possibility that a third party may wish to save the image to be used as a wallpaper/profile picture (among other things).

By inquiring about my services for OC (Original Character)-related content, the commissioner agrees to give permission to draw their OC. Although the commissioner owns the copyrights to their OC, as the artist, I still own the copyright to the artwork.

The commissioner is free to modify, redistribute (with credit preferably), print, and use the artwork however they want so long as it is for non-commercial purposes (unless negotiated otherwise). Illustrations, including Emotes & Assets for thumbnails can be used for transformative media / self-promotion, but should not be used for merchandising without proper negotiations.

The commissioner is NOT allowed to sell the artwork / mass-reproduce the artwork for commercial purposes (unless the payment includes commercial rights), or claim that they made the artwork. The commissioner is NOT allowed to feed the artwork into any sort of Artificial Intelligence / Cryptocurrency blockchain tool regardless of intent. Failure to comply with the abovementioned will result in a penalty of my discretion, which may include the following:

>Withdrawing the commissioner’s rights and access to the full resolution of the artwork

>Refusal to conduct further transactions/negotiations with the commissioner

>A penalty fee shall be inducted should the commissioner wish to continue operations despite breaching of TOS

Purchasing commercial rights shall come at a cost that starts at an additional 300% of the original price. Commercial rights include the right to make a profit off the artwork through merchandising. Splitting the share in royalties is also an option.

I can only accept payment via PayPal. I do not accept direct bank transfers, even if the client and I are in the same country.

Usually, I will send an invoice via Paypal in United States Dollars (USD) after a rough draft has been submitted. If the commissioner is satisfied with the output, I will then proceed to work on a full render once I have received full payment.

Refunds are a case-to-case basis that I would like to thoroughly judge to see if the reasoning would merit a refund, but I usually do not hand out full refunds - at best, I will hand out a partial refund since I ask for payments post-draft phase, and the non-refunded portion is for compensation for the time spent sketching.

By sending me any form of payment with respect to the commissioned piece, you are agreeing to the terms of service listed above.
